At first, guitar IS harder than piano, but later piano songs are more complicated than guitar songs

The right places to play either or maybe doesnt practice enough.

Whatever instrument you want to learn you have to practice. If your friend hasn’t learned much in three months then he either has a bad teacher or he doesn’t practice
