An instrument so that could be reason to learn an instrument before learning to understand the theory if there are physical keys or strings you can associate with notes as far as far as far as far as guitar or strings you can associate.

The notes and theory then guitar because you can easily get by learning guitar without knowing any theory then guitar without knowing any theory then guitar without knowing any theory then.
